About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our widely respected and growing Bridge team in our Transportation Division in our Acton, MA office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of professionals in developing bridge design and construction plan development for bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects.
• Creating and updating specs and contract documents for State DOT and Municipal Projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE Required.
• 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
• Project experience with MassDOT preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation required.
• Business Development experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
