Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead project engineering execution for military avionics NRE development programs from kickoff through qualification and transition to production.
Serve as the engineering lead for multi-discipline efforts across systems, electrical, mechanical, optical, software, FPGA, reliability and test.
Coordinate with Program Management to align technical, cost, and schedule plans with program objectives.
