Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of project engineering experience or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• Strong knowledge of engineering development processes and product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in project management principles incl. earned value, risk, and scope management.
• Experience leading technical teams in complex engineering programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multidisciplinary groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Managers and IPTs to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Interface with customers on technical and contractual requirements and outcomes.
• Support proposal development, WBS, BOE, IMS planning, and risk assessment.
