Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to coach and enable engineering teams. You will lead Agile Scrum Master activities, facilitate SAFe release trains, and coordinate across hardware, test, and program management teams.

You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 4 years of relevant experience (or 2 years with an advanced degree). English communication across global sites is essential, and a passion for continuous process improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience (or an advanced degree with 2 years).
• Strong written and verbal communication across global teams (Israel and US).
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and mentoring capabilities in Agile environments.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum Master, and SAFe practices is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and support SAFe release train activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, test, program management).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies to plan, execute, and deliver value.
• Maintain DHF documentation and ensure traceability across teams.
