Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 12+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced engineering principles and practice.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
• Strong requirements management, system design, and integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT planning and execution for complex missile subsystem development and integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering efforts across seeker, datalink, flight computer, GNC, and HWIL teams.
• Align subsystem roadmaps with overall system milestones.
• Oversee integration of missile subsystems and verify interfaces and performance.
• Review ICDs, models, simulation results, and HWIL test plans.
• Provide technical leadership for multi-disciplinary issues in seeker, datalink, flight computing, and embedded software.
