Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 12+ years in engineering roles with at least 4+ years in leadership.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practice.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT planning and execution for complex missile subsystem development and integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across seeker, datalink, flight computer, GNC, and HWIL teams.
• Drive alignment between subsystem roadmaps and system-level milestones.
• Oversee integration of missile subsystems and validate artifacts (ICDs, models, HWIL plans).
• Provide technical leadership to resolve multi-disciplinary issues.
