Qualifications

• Experience in project engineering for aerospace/defense.
• Manages cost, schedule, and technical aspects of programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tactical duties for assigned programs.
• Review status of engineering projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and coordinating with resource managers and customers.
• Conduct performance analyses during phases to inform future projects.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to explain changes and drive improvements.
