Job summary

MDP Global is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead network and security implementations for enterprise clients in the United States. This hands-on, customer-facing role serves as the technical lead on deployments, migrations, and upgrades, working with client stakeholders on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate has current experience at an IT solutions provider, VAR, or MSP, owning projects end-to-end in a professional services environment and collaborating with account and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Aruba — strong, hands-on LAN/WLAN design and deployment experience (required)
• Palo Alto Networks — strong, hands-on firewall experience (required)
• Cisco Meraki — advanced Meraki SD-WAN and complex multi-site implementations
• Prior experience in a professional services or project engineering role at an IT solutions provider, VAR, or MSP
• Comfortable working independently on client sites and managing project timelines

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute network and security implementation projects for enterprise clients, from design through go-live
• Serve as the senior technical resource on-site for complex deployments involving wired/wireless LAN, WAN, and next-gen firewall infrastructure
• Partner with account and sales teams to scope engagements and advise on technical approach

Our client, a growing IT solutions and managed services provider, is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead network and security implementations for its customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing professional services role — you'll be the technical lead on deployments, migrations, and upgrades for enterprise networking and security environments, working directly with client stakeholders on-site and remotely.

We're specifically looking to bring in someone currently doing this kind of work at an established IT solutions provider, VAR, or MSP — someone who's used to owning projects end-to-end in a professional services environment.

What You'll Do
