Job summary

raise is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support a California healthcare facility client. You will help ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and HCAI compliance requirements.

The role involves coordinating RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation, plus site visits and inspections to support HCAI processes and regulatory obligations. On-site collaboration with design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCAI construction experience.
• Knowledge of HCAI processes, inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities
