Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of related work experience required.
• Knowledge of Healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) processes strongly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork and analytical thinking.

• Understand scope and interdependence of contract documents.
• Observe site activity and document per contract frequency.
• Manage document control to ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Evaluate change orders, design changes, specs and drawings.
• Review submittals and as-built drawings for changes.
• Maintain the project schedule with PM; assist in updates.
