Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive execution on large-scale, vertical construction projects across the Southeast. The role involves collaborating with PMs and Superintendents on active sites, with travel across the Southeast U.S. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year.

Ideal candidates have 4-8+ years in commercial construction, exposure to student housing or multifamily, and strong documentation/coordination skills. Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project experience is preferred.

• Support buyout and procurement efforts for key trades.
• Drive QA/QC processes and ensure work aligns with plans/specs.
• Maintain strong communication between field operations and office teams.
• Assist in project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation.

Job Details

The Senior Project Engineer plays a key role in driving project execution from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents on large-scale, vertical construction projects.

This is a traveling role across the Southeast U.S., supporting active job sites where needed.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 4-8+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience on student housing, multifamily, or mid/high-rise projects strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage project documentation and coordination independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and logistics
• Proficient with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast (project-based assignments)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
