Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 15+ years of capital project experience, including leading multi-discipline teams.
• Experience managing complex projects exceeding $10M+ or similar scope.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Program management experience overseeing multiple related projects within a broader capital program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client interface for major capital programs and manage long-term relationships.
• Lead large multi-discipline capital projects from concept through start-up.
• Provide executive oversight for internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee project controls including scope, risk, scheduling, and cost management.
• Direct procurement and contracting strategies for major equipment, materials, and services.
• Partner with construction management for installation, commissioning, and start-up.
• Lead teams through change and build alignment across project phases.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate challenges and decisions.
• Champion project and site safety and compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across delivery.
• Support business development through client relationships and foresight.
• Travel as required (approximately 25–35 percent).
