Based in the United States, you will travel 25–35% and guide multi‑discipline teams from concept through startup, shaping execution strategies and senior stakeholder engagement.

You have 15+ years of capital project leadership, a track record of delivering projects over $10M, and experience managing client engagements within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 15+ years of capital project experience, leading multi‑discipline teams.
• Experience managing complex projects >$10M.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior‑level stakeholders.
• Program management experience overseeing multiple related projects within a broader capital program.
• Industry experience in Consumer Products manufacturing.
• Travel as required (approximately 25–35%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client interface for major capital programs, leading scope definition, execution strategy, proposal support, and long‑term relationship management.
• Lead large, complex, multi‑discipline capital projects from concept through start‑up, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual compliance.
• Provide executive oversight for internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors; guide staffing strategies and mentor project managers/engineers.
• Oversee project controls including scope management, risk identification, and scheduling; ensure cost management.
• Direct procurement and contracting strategies for major equipment and services; apply various contracting methods.
• Partner with construction management to support installation, commissioning, and start‑up.
• Lead teams through change and drive alignment across project phases.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate challenges and decisions.
