Foth seeks a Project Director to lead major capital programs across the United States, with responsibility for scope definition, execution strategy, and long-term client relationships.

The role oversees large multi‑discipline projects through concept, design, procurement, and start‑up, ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. Requires senior leadership, staffing oversight, and a track record of high-value project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of capital project experience.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams.
• Experience managing projects >$10M in scope.
• PM/PE certifications preferred (PMP/PE).

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior client interface for major capital programs and lead scope, strategy, and relationship management.
• Lead large, multi-discipline capital projects from concept through start-up, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, and compliance.
• Provide executive oversight for internal teams, subcontractors and vendors; mentor project staff.
• Oversee project controls: scope, risk, schedule, cost, and document control.
