Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director - Project Management – GFD to lead large capital projects in pharma manufacturing. You will guide cross-functional teams to achieve asset capability with safety, cost, and schedule adherence, from conceptual design to operational verification.

Role requires experience in GMP manufacturing,LEAN, automation, and project controls, with ability to influence across organizations and travel as needed. This is a full-time position with substantial responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related to project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large programs of $1BN USD or more in capital assets and/or highly business-critical in nature.
• Interface/Communication: lead regionally from distance and coordinate with leadership, teams and stakeholders.
• Compliance: apply disciplined project management aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Safety/Environment: develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans throughout projects.
