Job summary

Saft seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead the Microsoft VRT project, overseeing cross-functional operations, financial governance, and strategic alignment with ESS division objectives. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with regional/global leaders to deploy processes, tools, and risk controls.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, advanced engineering/financial oversight, and compliance with SAFT/EHS standards in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electrotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of project/program, business, or financial management.
• Proven leadership and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts and renewable energy business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations and business activities for the Microsoft VRT project.
• Coordinate with VP Project, NAM region, Global Operation and central organization for deployment of processes and tools.
• Coordinate communication between Finances, Engineering, contract administration, sourcing and Quality.
• Prepare project budget after handover from sales team.
• Manage project team performance and monitor monthly reviews.
• Drive project compliance with SAFT/EHS policies and improve operations.
