You will supervise design and preconstruction, oversee subcontractor buyouts, coordinate with PMs and superintendents, maintain client relationships, and drive safety and quality to deliver top and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years in related industry with primary responsibilities listed.
• Strong leadership and management experience directing a team or department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of multifamily development, retail, healthcare, education projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and P&L for the assigned market sector.
• Provide strategic direction to achieve group success and goals.
• Oversee design review, scheduling, cost reporting, and safety.
• Identify and manage risks to people, contracts, and insurance.
• Build a bench of managers and nurture client relationships.
• Oversee subcontractor buyouts, pre-sell work, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure safety and schedules.
• Deliver top and bottom-line results and explain current financial status.
