TEC Group International is seeking a Project Director for a $1.2B+ cGMP biopharmaceutical expansion in Kankakee, Illinois. The role requires extensive leadership of large, technically complex pharma facilities delivered under JV structures, with design through construction and commissioning.

You will oversee cross-discipline teams, ensure safety, schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client and partner relationships in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

Formación

• Extensive EPC/EPCM or general contractor leadership in large capital projects.
• Experience delivering pharma/biopharma or life sciences facilities.
• Strong understanding of cGMP-regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior leadership for construction delivery on a complex $1.2B+ biopharmaceutical expansion.
• Act as senior company representative within a Joint Venture project organization.
• Lead and coordinate large multidisciplinary project and construction teams.
• Drive execution to safety, quality, schedule, cost and technical objectives.
• Establish and maintain project execution strategies during design to construction transition.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, quality and commissioning interfaces.
