Job summary

Calista Brice Mine Services seeks a Project Development Manager to support the Donlin Gold Project, coordinating preconstruction planning, estimating support, controls, procurement, and business planning. This role works with Donlin Gold, engineering partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to promote readiness and successful project delivery.

The position helps establish operating processes, reporting standards, and infrastructure to support long-term growth while ensuring cost and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in heavy civil construction, mining, infrastructure, industrial construction, EPC/EPCM delivery, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: project development, estimating, project controls, procurement, contract administration, proposal management, or construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction activities, including scope development, constructability reviews, work planning, scheduling, and project readiness assessments.
• Develop project execution strategies for major earthworks, infrastructure, and mine-related construction activities.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, cash flow projections, and executive summaries.
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, action registers, and performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports and dashboards.
• Support procurement planning and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate with Donlin Gold representatives, engineers, and vendors.
