Job summary

Clear-Engineering-Recruitment is seeking a Principal Development Engineer for Atlanta, GA to drive multi-disciplinary project development for data center power equipment, coordinating with sales, customers, manufacturers and project teams.

The role combines estimating, proposals, technical support and site activities, with a path to leadership and broad exposure across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PE certification or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years’ solution development experience, including estimating and proposals.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and development.
• Develop customer solutions, pricing and proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Support estimating and technical analysis.
• Manage project documentation and handovers.
• Attend factory testing and construction site activities.
• Support energisation, start-up and system testing.
• Manage project changes and customer queries.
