Job summary

Strategic Mission Critical in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to execute electrical design for mission critical data center projects. You will lead small design teams, mentor graduates, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

The role involves using Revit, Procore, and related tools in a hybrid work environment with travel up to 10–20%. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering with an electrical focus preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in facility electrical design, particularly using Autodesk Revit for drawing development.
• Experience leading small electrical design teams and some client interface experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical infrastructure for mission critical buildings and campuses including medium voltage distribution and redundant power systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external disciplines for power connections.
• Lead junior engineers and modelers on small projects and mentor them to develop electrical design knowledge.
• Produce detailed design documents using Autodesk Revit and related tools.
• Ensure designs comply with local and national codes and project specifications.
• Interface with clients and design leads across disciplines to meet deadlines.
