MWA Architects is seeking a talented designer to join our Portland infrastructure design studio. You will contribute to sustainable, resilient projects and work with a diverse team across design and construction phases.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, collaboration with project teams, and development of technical documents for permits, with a hybrid in-office schedule three days a week.

Competenze

• Non-licensed architectural status with Oregon/Washington codes experience.
• LEED accreditation preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• At least six years as a project designer in small/medium firm with exposure to technical project types.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, 3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.

Mansioni

• Develop designs across multiple project scopes and phases.
• Coordinate with Project Architect/PM/Lead Design Architect.
• Lead technical document development for permits.
• Coordinate materials with project specification writer.
• Support construction administration and post-occupancy data collection.
