Job summary

A global energy infrastructure provider is looking for a Project Designer to develop detailed engineering models for modular safety-sensitive compression packages. Responsibilities include creating complex models and design drawings, collaborating with engineers and production teams, and ensuring project accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and CADWorx. This role offers opportunities to innovate and improve designs while working closely with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Five (or more) years designing skid mounted Gas Compression or Power Generation packages.
• Proficient using AutoCAD and CADWorx.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with project engineers and purchasing to keep projects moving forward.
• Creating complex plant modular compression models.
• Generating piping isometric drawings and detailed design drawings.

Skills

5+ years designing skid mounted Gas Compression or Power Generation packages

Proficient using AutoCAD and CADWorx

Strong creative ability to design and develop mechanical equipment

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Good organizational and planning skills

Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
