Job summary

PerkinElmer Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Manager, PF Project Delivery to lead technical performance of large capital projects and expansions within the life sciences sector. The role supports complex therapies and drives growth with partner accounts.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, managing client expectations on schedule and budget, and identifying new service opportunities while maintaining key relationships. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of progressively responsible experience in advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facility startup, and project management.
• Experience guiding project teams and managing client expectations on schedule and budget.
• Experience in business development and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical performance of projects from facility builds to retrofits and expansions.
• Support clients on complex biologics, gene, mRNA, radioligand and other therapies while growing services.
• Identify, train, coach, and mentor technical teams developing project engineers and consultants.
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction during delivery of engagements.
• Identify opportunities to provide new and added services for mutual benefit.
