Job summary

Gresham Smith in Dallas, TX, seeks a senior Project Delivery Leader for the Water + Environment Market to manage a portfolio of water projects from planning through delivery. The role requires PE licensure, 15+ years in water/wastewater, and strong leadership with client-facing excellence.

You will mentor staff, lead recruitment, and collaborate with executives to ensure high-quality design and successful project outcomes. Hybrid schedule in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field is required.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in water, wastewater, stormwater/conveyance, and treatment projects in consulting, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a diverse water project portfolio from planning through delivery.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for water infrastructure projects.
• Communicate project goals effectively to meet client expectations.
• Support business development by pursuing interviews, building client relationships, and delivering presentations.
• Contribute senior technical expertise to the W+E Technical Leadership Program.
