Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
- Texas PE license or ability to obtain one.
- 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
- Proven track record in client relationships and winning work.
- Experience leading teams and projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the water/wastewater group in the Dallas market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across North Texas.
- Lead proposals, pursuits, presentations, and client meetings.
- Provide technical and project leadership on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers and project managers.
- Oversee project delivery, financial performance, staffing, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to pursue multidisciplinary opportunities.
- Represent the firm within the Texas water/wastewater market and at industry events.
