Job summary

CDM Smith in Dallas is seeking a Project Technical Leader to guide complex municipal water/wastewater projects. You will shape design strategy, elevate quality standards, and lead multidisciplinary teams through critical facility delivery.

You will oversee process modeling, construction documentation, and regulatory reviews, ensuring designs meet federal, state, and local requirements. Travel and collaboration with sales and clients are expected for successful proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 12 years of related experience. Travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of water treatment facilities with technical oversight.
• Review designs for regulatory compliance and sign off on final documents.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training within the discipline.
