Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) seeks a Project Data Manager in Oak Ridge, TN to direct data integration strategy and governance. You will lead the development of executive dashboards and PM tools, enabling informed program- and portfolio-level decisions across schedule, cost, and performance data.

The role requires a strong foundation in PM data, EVM metrics, and data standards, with a focus on mentoring teams and delivering data-driven insights within a complex technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or Data Analytics with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in data integration, data management, business intelligence, project controls, or project management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and dashboards/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the data integration function aligned to project objectives using Microsoft 365.
• Define enterprise data standards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting across schedule, cost, and performance data.
• Oversee executive dashboards and PM tools to support program- and portfolio-level decisions.
• Apply PM data knowledge (schedules, WBS, cost, EVM metrics CPI/SPI/EAC) for variance analysis and forecasting.
• Build and lead the data integration team and foster a data-driven culture.
