Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Senior Project Controller, Cost, to join our team at our Blue Bell, PA headquarters. You will support comprehensive cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across EPCQ projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will work with PMs, engineers, and procurement to ensure accurate data across Procore, Power BI, and other systems, driving precise cost control and effective project forecasting.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field, construction management, or applicable experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in EPCQ processes.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Experience with data management tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Desire to pursue PMI or AACEI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Discipline Leads, and Engineers to ensure accurate reporting across platforms.
• Coordinate with the team to understand and contribute to the development of estimates used in bid package budgeting.
• Provide support for PNR and BRR updates and maintain report accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Partner with the PM and Procurement Manager to manage budget comparison tools and systems.
• Assist in translating bid breakdowns into SOVs and understand contract scopes and line items.
• Lead the development and presentation of cost reports using Procore, Power BI, and UDF.
