Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controller, Cost to join our Blue Bell, PA team. You will support all phases of project costs and schedules, integrating with engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines for seamless reporting and project delivery.

You will lead cost reporting, develop SOVs, and partner with PMs and procurement managers to manage budgets, dashboards, and change controls, enabling accurate forecasts and client invoicing.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in project controls, cost, or related field.
• Experience with data management tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI) and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, discipline leads, and engineers to ensure accurate reporting across platforms.
• Contribute to estimates used in bid package budgeting and cost reporting.
• Develop and present cost reports using Procore, Power BI, and other tools; manage dashboards and spend updates.
