Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. seeks an experienced Project Controller to drive project cost control, financial analysis, forecasting, and data management. You will work with SAP PS and other controlling tools, ensuring accuracy of project financials across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, process optimization, and collaboration with project and functional teams to deliver standardized, transparent project cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls or cost-focused project finance.
• Strong knowledge of cost planning, actuals, commitments and EAC.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/project-controlling systems.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and standardize controls.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across teams.
• Experience with SAP PS or similar ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project cost setup and maintenance in SAP, including structures and master data.
• Prepare and maintain Estimate at Completion; analyze costs and forecasts.
• Identify overruns, savings, incorrect postings, budget shifts and adjustments.
• Maintain cost plans and EAC changes in SAP and reporting tools.
• Support monthly forecasting of costs, revenue, gross profit, and COC.
• Coordinate financial reviews with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support accruals, change docs, ad-hoc reporting, and project close activities.
• Optimize and standardize project cost-controlling processes to improve data quality.
