Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Project Cost Control Specialist at multiple levels for a hybrid role based in Anchorage, AK. The position supports cost tracking, forecasting, and financial data analysis to ensure project budgets remain aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business administration, accounting/finance, or related field.
• Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• One year of project cost reporting/scheduling experience on engineering/construction projects and programs.
• Non‑supervisory experience for higher levels as specified (II–IV).

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection for cost control on large projects.
• Ensure cost coding accuracy across projects and monitor budgets.
• Lead and prepare recurring financial reports with variance analysis.
• Mentor junior staff and improve data collection tools and systems.
