You will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and help manage delivery, reporting, and operations for multiple projects and partnerships. Responsibilities include coordinating programming, events, communications, and evaluations, while maintaining strategic plans, budgets, and compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years program/project administration or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, communications and program portfolio support for McCormick strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operations and associated reporting.
• Develop and maintain quantitative and qualitative performance measures.
• Prepare documentation and support budgeting and financial processes.
• Supervise 1-2 work study students or provide work direction.
