Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting senior executives
• Experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, meetings, and events
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced executive environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the Provost's complex calendar and scheduling with independent judgment
• Coordinate scheduling requests, meetings, and travel across senior leaders
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑ups for Provost engagements
• Coordinate events, conferences, and donor/alumni engagements as needed
• Oversee expense reporting and financial administration related to the Provost's activities
• Provide high-level office operations and guest services for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead or support special projects and institutional initiatives
