Job summary

KPFF's Special Projects Division in Seattle, WA seeks a full-time Project Coordinator with 5+ years of relevant experience to support engineering, project management, and construction management projects.

Responsibilities include project coordination, contract administration, and project accounting across all phases from design to closeout, working with principals, PMs, design teams, and construction teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scope, schedule, and budget monitoring.
• Set up new project files, maintain files, and archive closed projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate milestones.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and track action items.
• Coordinate construction support activities and QA/QC with clients and subconsultants.
