Job summary

KPFF Seattle is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead projects from concept through closeout. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of structural systems and timely completion of projects.

You will serve as a primary client liaison, manage expectations, and mentor junior staff while upholding high technical and communication standards to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
• MSCE or MSE with emphasis in Structural Engineering preferred
• PE license in Civil Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of structural projects from concept to closeout, budgeting and scheduling.
• Act as primary liaison for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other disciplines to integrate structural systems.
• Manage the Quality Control process and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to promote professional growth.
