Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years or more of industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create action plans for scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Oversee execution of action plans using project management skills.
• Participate in design reviews and technical evaluations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate field walk-downs of project scope with construction and engineering teams.
• Track inputs from external stakeholders for project scope and cost impacts.
• Lead action item lists and decision logs with cost/schedule impacts.
• Develop and control Construction Work Package matrices.
