Job summary

Cherry Talent Group in Littleton, CO is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join a growing custom home builder. You will manage budgets, schedules of values, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and owner billing from preconstruction through closeout, while coordinating with homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project coordination or related roles.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, plans, contracts, scopes of work, and project financials.
• Experience with budgets, billing/draws, schedules of values, POs, procurement, bids, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from estimating and preconstruction through construction and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules of values, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Prepare and coordinate subcontractor and owner billing documentation.
• Track costs, percent complete, commitments in Buildertrend and Excel.
• Prepare client-facing budgets, schedules of values, and change-order information.
• Review plans with architects, designers, and homeowners; develop scopes of work.
• Identify issues early and help solve to protect profitability and client experience.
• Lead weekly production meetings and coordinate with PMs and superintendents.
