Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day workflow of active residential construction projects.
• Assist with the bid process, including entering sub bids.
• Handle data entry for monthly draw requests and pay applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and subs from interior designers to trade partners.
• Track daily logs and change order updates.
• Support meetings with superintendents through each project stage.

Project Coordinator - Residential Construction -Custom Homebuilder

Phoenix, AZ | Direct Hire

Join a well-established custom homebuilder known for high quality work and a tight knit, fast paced team, as a Project Coordinator to work alongside their current Project Manager. This is a newly added seat on the team, with room to grow into a PM role over time.

What you'll do:
