Job summary

SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. is seeking a Project Coordinator to perform construction administration for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include managing documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

This full-time position is preferred to be based in Flanders, NJ but can also be based in Hackensack or Wall, NJ. We offer competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive relevant engineering / construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction project documentation.
• Ability to work within deadlines while multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full array of construction administration across a portfolio of projects.
• Support project teams with timely and consistent construction administrative tasks.
• Facilitate proactive communication between field teams and office staff.
