ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar and storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage sites.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and site interventions by working with regional managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop and SharePoint.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, or field-service activities.
Experience in prevailing-wage environment and compliance documentation.

Aufgaben

Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other solar and storage assets.
Review field-service reports in Scoop, update Salesforce cases accordingly.
Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, resolve invoice and documentation issues.
