Xcel Energy is seeking a Project Control Supervisor in Denver to lead a team and oversee capital project scheduling, cost reporting, and ERP-driven work order control. You will align with corporate standards and drive KPIs across the project controls function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or related field (4 years related experience may be substituted for the degree).
• 5 years project management / project controls experience.
• Experience in overall project scheduling, reporting, and project planning methods and practices.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and scheduling tools.
• Proficient in the Primavera scheduling tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital project schedules and validate scope in schedule.
• Provide project cost tracking and reporting to management.
• Develop and control work orders within the ERP platform.
• Evolve business area procedures to align with corporate standards.
• Supervise regional project control specialists and coordinate with area managers.
• Handle special project assignments as needed.
