Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to provide extensive controls support for a high volume of capital projects in a matrixed environment. You will develop and maintain cost- and resource-loaded schedules primarily in Primavera, and track budgets, forecasts, and performance across 50+ active projects.

The ideal candidate has deep Primavera experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in the utilities/infra

Qualifications

• Seasoned project controls professional with multiple concurrent capital projects.
• Strong hands-on Primavera experience creating and maintaining schedules.
• Experience with cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to manage 50+ projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 75+ cost- and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera.
• Manage schedule updates, milestones, dependencies, and performance.
• Support projects from estimate input through closeout.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance and develop corrective actions.
• Assemble budgets, forecasts and cost variance analyses.
• Communicate project performance to teams and management.
• Coordinate with PMs and stakeholders to gather updates and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain project controls docs using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
