Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes time-phased project cost and resource forecasts with cost baselines.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports for projects and portfolios.
• Performs portfolio analysis and reports on On Time Delivery, Risk Forecasts, and Profit erosion.
• Monitors progress and updates schedule dates, percent complete and expenditure variances.
• Provides guidance and training to junior staff and may supervise engineers on projects.
