Job summary

You will develop schedule and cost baselines, collect monthly data, analyze variances and assist in root cause analysis while integrating risk reserves into forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant project controls experience.
• Experience with Schedule and Cost baselines, and risk analysis.
• Familiar with Earned Value Management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Analyze schedule progress and productivity; update baselines.
• Prepare client and internal status reports on cost and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with project managers and executives on risk and opportunities.
