Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs and updates requirements.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports and discusses observations with project managers.
• Performs variance, risk and profit/loss analyses and prepares non‑routine financial reports.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and federal government regulations; documents impact of changes on baselines.
