Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs and updates requirements as needed.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports and discusses observations with the project manager.
• Performs portfolio analysis and reviews findings with portfolio managers regarding on-time delivery, risk forecasts, and gross profit erosion.
