• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts and validates costs.
• Generates earned value reports and discusses observations with the project manager.
• Performs financial analyses including variance and risk assessments.
• Supports implementation of financial controls, procedures and forecasting techniques.
• Mentors junior staff and guides project controls activities on complex projects.
