Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Typically ten+ years’ experience in scheduling and capital projects/construction
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience with Project Controls and Scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• AACEI, PMI, PE credentials preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee the development, review, and maintenance of WBS dictionary and master schedules for assigned projects throughout lifecycle.
• Document schedule tenets, assumptions, and methodology consistent with standards.
• Ensure schedules have accurate scope, details, and are resource- and cost-loaded for budgets and forecasts.
• Lead schedule tracking, monitoring, and reporting to measure progress and forecast completion.
• Provide expert advice on scheduling, what-if scenarios, and schedule impact analyses.
• Perform complex analytics to support decisions on costs, schedules, and risks.
• Support change control, contract negotiation, and earned value management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine results using estimating, cost management, and scheduling knowledge.
