Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to lead controls for complex projects. You will consolidate cost and schedule data, support PMs, create estimates, and lead change management.

The role requires strong knowledge of PMP/PMO practices, ERP tools, and data analysis, with responsibility for reporting, risk input, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication in English, 7+ years in project controls, and a Bachelor's in a related field are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project accounting, cost engineering, or scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of project control functions and ERP processes (MS Dynamics 365, MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI).
• Experience with Omega 365 Pims preferred.
• Excellent facilitation and analytical skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures.
• Consolidate cost and schedule data to align with WBS/Control Account levels.
• Support PMs with estimate creation and documentation/version control.
• Create quantity take-offs and unit rate tables for cost estimates.
• Lead change management workflow and reporting; ensure baselines approved.
• Incorporate supplier cost data into earned value calculations; prepare cost reports.
• Provide inputs for risk assessments and PROJ reporting; manage schedules and EPS/WBS.
• Oversee schedule updates, relationships, and forecasting; manage multiple tasks.
